WHAT IS THE CLIMATE LIKE?
COPACABANA, enjoys much the same weather conditions as Sydney Australia.

December, January, February,
March, April:
daytime temps: 28 to 35 degrees warmest months
May, June, July, August: daytime temps: 18 to 23 degrees cooler months
September, October, November: daytime temps: 20 to 27 degrees

HOW WILL I FIND AND ACCESS CASA BELLE?
All bookings and communication are conducted over the internet or by phone. Comprehensive instructions are provided for each guest, in addition we have a guest relations manager that can meet you on arrival if required. If you are in a position to view the property before booking an inspection can be arranged.

WHO DO I CONTACT IN AN EMERGENCY?
Our Guest Relations Manager is available 24 hours a day during your stay.

WHAT CAN I DO DURING MY STAY?
There is an activities folder in the house that has many brochures and information about local attractions.

EATING IN OR EATING OUT?
Food shopping for self catering and snacks is only a minute away. Many restaurants have a pick up or delivery service; use the service directory in the house to find out more. Everything you will ever need is at your door step.

PHONE?
The phone is available to make local and emergency calls. A local phone directory is in the service directory in the room.

CAN I SWIM IN THE OCEAN?
Copacabana has patrolled swimming areas at both end of the beach for safe swimming. There are natural rock pools at the ocean edge for small children plus the lagoon beach is very popular and safe for small children. Surfers can use the whole beach where ever surf is best.

CAN I LEARN TO SURF?
There are many surf companies along the Central coast Beach that teach and supply surf boards.

WHAT TO TAKE WITH ME?
Sun screen sunhats and beach towels, kayaks, surf boards, blowup boats, fishing rods, beach toys.
